Westgate Resorts Travel Agent Room Reservation Policies & Procedures
Check availability for dates by e-mailing travelagents@wgresorts.com or by faxing a request form to (407) 355-2979. All requests are subject to availability of employee rates.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time the reservation is confirmed.
Only one room/villa may be rented at the special travel agent rate.
Daytona reservations must have a minimum stay of three nights.
Travel Agent rates will not be extended to timeshare owners or tours and are not intended for personal gain or profit.
The Rental Reservations Department is the only department authorized to provide availability and to confirm travel agent requests.
Westgate Resorts will cancel, without notice, any reservations booked by unauthorized personnel.
